Charter Broker Disclosures

Air Charter Broker Status

Soarin Aviation, LLC ("Soarin") is an air charter broker. Soarin is not a direct or indirect "air carrier." Soarin does not own, operate, lease, or maintain operational control of any aircraft. All flights arranged by Soarin are operated by an FAA Part 135 (or foreign equivalent) certificated air carrier ("Direct Air Carrier") who maintains full operational control of the flight at all times.

Pre-Flight Disclosures (14 C.F.R. § 295.20)

For each flight, Soarin will disclose to the customer in writing prior to payment:

• The name of the Direct Air Carrier in operational control of the flight and the FAA-issued operating certificate number;
• The aircraft's FAA registration ("tail") number;
• The capacity in which Soarin is acting (i.e., as an authorized agent of the customer);
• Existence and amount of compensation Soarin will receive from any party other than the customer;
• The customer's right to receive, on request, a copy of the operating certificate.

Liability & Insurance

The Direct Air Carrier maintains the hull and aviation liability insurance applicable to each flight. Insurance certificates are available on request. Soarin maintains its own broker errors-and-omissions policy. Soarin is not the air carrier and assumes no liability for the operation of the aircraft.

Concerns regarding a flight should be directed to charter@soarinaviation.com. Customers may also file complaints with the U.S. Department of Transportation Office of Aviation Consumer Protection at transportation.gov/airconsumer.
