FAQ
Straight answers to the questions we hear most from first-time and returning charter clients.
No. Soarin Aviation is an air charter broker. We arrange flights on behalf of our clients with FAA Part 135 certificated air carriers (and foreign equivalents), who maintain full operational control at all times.
For most domestic trips we can present vetted options within an hour. Same-day and short-notice departures are common; a live advisor is available 24/7/365.
Quotes are all-in and typically include aircraft, crew, fuel, standard catering, federal excise tax, segment fees, and landing/handling. Any optional additions (custom catering, ground transport, de-icing, overnight crew) are disclosed on the quote before you confirm.
We source only from Part 135 operators that meet ARGUS, Wyvern, or IS-BAO standards. For every trip we verify the operating certificate, op-specs, insurance, aircraft airworthiness, and pilot qualifications before options are presented.
Private aviation opens roughly 5,000+ airports in the U.S. alone, versus ~500 served by the airlines. If it has a runway long enough for the aircraft, we can usually get you there.
Wire transfer is standard; credit card is available for most trips (processing fees may apply). Payment is required to confirm the trip.
Cancellation terms are set by the operator and are disclosed in writing on each quote before you confirm. Terms vary by aircraft, route, and how close to departure the cancellation occurs.
Yes. Pets fly in-cabin on most trips, group and sports-team charters up to airliner size are routine, and catering, ground transport, and other concierge details are handled by your advisor.
